wholesale changes within the higher echelons of the F.A. would be more fitting, yes, McClaren should go, but, people like Brian Barwick and his cronies should be replaced by individuals with a modicum of foresight and imagination.

    A bland appointment + bland football = a bland summer come 2008.

Fair point, they made an utter shambles of appointing Sven's replacement. Not only did they appoint a very average manager who had achieved virtually nothing to the post but he wasn't even their first choice!

They've got shed loads of cash to spend and had plenty of time to pick the right man and yet they keep it in house when it was crying out for a shake up. If there wasn't a top class manager available then I would have preferred a caretaker boss until one did become available. Now they're stuck with another dilemma of being unable to sack him because they'll still be paying him off/and Sven come 2010.

It is a very good point.

I also find the cheese selection to be quite bland at Tesco.
They have the odd decent bit in the "Finest" section - but generally it's poor.

    Thanks for bringing that up.

    He was trying to say:

That he finds that the produce from Asda stays fresh much longer than that from Tesco & Morrisons.

    I agree with him, actually.

    Another very good point.

    Good stuff.

    It's a question of education.
If the parents don't think that diet is important - then what chance do the kids have?

Some really good points are being raised on this forum today.

    Yes.

I have the same issue with the Supermarket Butcher.
They put the meat in those pre-packed little cartons & hide the fatty bit on the underside so you can't see it.
    I think it's simply wrong.
It's not edible - so surely hiding it under there is fraudulent.

It makes my blood boil too.
    You're not alone.

    Solidarity, my Brother.
