all this whos to blame for falling attendances

    Why dont the club go onto there database and call every season ticket holder who has had a ticket in the last 5 years and ASK THEM!

    not hard to do surely? then work it out themselves if they aint got numbers send them a letter asking them to send a email to explain why they stopped going in exchange for a discount ticket for 1 game??

    Well unless it's the cost - which it can't be - there's not much the club can do about it.

    In my case it is financial but hopefully I may get a half season ticket for xmas if they are on sale too dear to buy for one game but still appreciative of the teams efforts this season especially with falling crowds no reflection on Keith Hill an outstanding man manager.

    £30 cat A is the reason and the economic climate.

    There are a lot of people from Barnsley who if they have a job are very poorly paid.

    Barnsley has never recovered from the hammering it had from Thatcher.
