When are Birmingham Wednesday Bolton & M'Boro getting their 10 points docked ?
And if they don't can we sue the FA for handicapping us ?

Cos the punishments don't come into effect until December 2014 and the only sanction available at Championship level is a transfer ban, not points deduction.

we generate the cash of a top end league one team, so to fall in line with FFP we've have ended up with a squad that belongs at the top end of the league below the league we're trying to compete in, its a struggle but we continue to fight and scrap to stay in this league year on year but its going to come to a end at some point and i feel thats due in no small part to other clubs taking the piss and doing what they want so its about time the club got of their arse and started asking questions as to how this is aloud to happen and start making threats if things don't start to change and punishment handed out, its about time we got some f'ucking back bone and stud up for ourselves

I guess the thinking is that the 'team on the pitch' shouldn't be punished or handicapped by a points deduction for the failings of the clubs owners to control their spending.

    I kinda agree.

yeah so let the players on the pitch punish the clubs that are biding by the rules instead then eh, pointless FFP don't exsist

We've known all along it would be toothless, probably even more so at the top level. Isn't it being challenged in the courts anyway? Probably be ruled as illegal as soon as it is.

Thats the same "team on the pitch" that is being helped by signing players they can't afford and paying wages they can't sustain...

I strongly believe that all clubs in each division should have the exact same budget to spend on players and any overspend is punished harshly by point deductions. Its the only way to make it fair.

Its a waste of time for the following reasons.

    1) anyone can still pump endless amounts of money in by simply bending rules.

    2) any business/company can have capital injected to keep them running or grow. If this is stopped it goes against everything a normal company can do. Why football clubs are different is something I still can't understand.

Plus after point 2 I am still waiting for freedom of movement and transfer fees being abolished altogether.

    Blame bosman and sky. Simple.

It will never return to what people want.

Im babbling now but the main points are covered

Even if the 4 teams you mentioned got docked 10 points we would still be in bottom 3

    Boro 29pts -10 =19 still above us
    Brum 28pts -10 =18 still above us
Bolton 26pts -10 =16 still above us on goal difference of -5
Owls 19pts -10 = 9 below us with a game in hand ..so maybe just 3 pts behind us

sorry all but this time around its more than a bloody miracle for us to stay up
