Load of rubbish. Good save from Sharp unlucky where he parried it, ***** defending all the goals.
3rd goal was a wonder strike. But he should have been closed down

We will struggle if we don't bring in a commanding centre half, simple as that. Wiseman is dog ****, foster is hit and miss.

not bringing in a dominant centrehalf to organise has been a bigger problem, that being said I think there is a good case for bringing Luke back as he is seen by many as the first choice keeper anyway and maybe he could organise from the back a bit better.

There must be more to Steele not playing like if he plays x amount of games he gets a new contract at the same rate.

1st goal - Alnwick had time to do 10 press ups before picking the ball up.

2nd - Did his usual of palming the ball out instead of making an easy save. Ball was going closer to middle of the goal.

3rd was save-able he got got to it and with more conviction would have saved it instead of a limp wristed attempt of a save. But poor performance.

But why did Keith change tactics as soon as we scored. We where better team and creating chances up to then, then played deep and sat back.

He should have saved the first 3. My mate was sat in away end directly behind the 3rd and said it looked like he should have caught it.

Not sure I blame him for the first the deflection from foster wrong footed him but the second goal regulation save palmed straight into the danger area and the 3rd was an easy save true the defence could have done better as well but Alnwick had a very poor game

    Re: Then they're wrong

Anyone who thinks he played well today is fooling themselves. Should have been subbed, I'm no huge fan of Steele - but I'd rather have him with his gash distribution then Alnwick who can kick the ball but, as my mate said, he punched away a very weak header by Sharp like a girl fighting. Its not the first time he's Parried a shot onto the feet of oncoming strikers, its not the first time he's let weak shots in, its not the first time and it won't be the last.

    who's saying he played well?

he was poor but only as poor as those in front of him.

in response to an earlier post in this thread the deflection was off wiseman for the goal not foster.
