Sheffield United's finance director Mark Fenoughty is urging the club's stay-away fans to return to Bramall Lane.

The Blades have launched a "kid for a quid" scheme for the forthcoming game against Ipswich Town.

Fenoughty hopes the initiative will help draw a bigger crowd than the 17,000 that turned out for the last home game against Coventry.

I sincerely hope our club show more imagination in trying to entice crowds back to oakwell.

Winning games would be a start like, but hey ho.

 

There have to be some things we can try to get kids down to Oakwell.

Just go down kendray/lundwood/worsborough common, grab a drug dealer, and get him to explain.
