Sorry, but I disagree with the OP and please also bear in mind that COG has had nobody to play with him this season, other than the first couple of Pedersen's games when they looked good as a pair. Imagine, COG's worth if he'd got a Wells or a Le Fondre to play with.

Anyways, Nick Proschwitz £2.6m - I rest my case m'lud.

PS - Nobody, but nobody can frustrate as much as Kennedy.

but he didn't have anybody, so therefore his worth, it what he is worth... thats like saying if he had juan mata, ronaldo or even rooney partnering him, he would be worth millions.... he didn't.

and i really got frustrated at COG stepping back into players, rather than actually jumping (looking like he was glued to the floor at times) and attacking a ball that is clearly knocked up the field for him to "hold up" which meant he lost the ball and the attack broke down... dont get me wrong, i liked him as a player, and i think we didnt play to his strengths as much as we should have...

    and proschwitz....2.6m.... point taken.....

Perhaps we can do a BOGOF deal. Buy COG, get TK free. Makes sense to me.

Really push the (ahem) link up play that is a feature of their partnership. Anyone see a flaw in that??

I don't have a problem with him going, I just think we could and should get a lot more than £500k for him.

I'm just concerned about us getting rid of both COG and TK. Who the **** are we gonna complain about then?

Just just looked up Stones and he is still only worth 3.5 million. I think their numbers are not very accurate

Maybe, just maybe fans overestimate the price of players? It's crazy I know, but.....

They can have COG for free if they take TK

Most on here thought we were getting our ****** squeezed when we paid Wednesday circa 300k for him and same people were scoffing at Wednesdayites suggesting we should be paying loads more. Folk on here do make me chuckle at times. I think it is obvious the player wants to stay in the Championship so we won't keep him. Personally I would'nt pay more than £600K if I were the buyer.

Wait until after the first pre season game, there's going to be quite a few names put forward on here.
