    Loans can still be done

Until the end of November. Any money we get for Howard in January will be a token amount.

Yep. Rumour is initial loan with around 500k - 700k in january. Better than nowt at end of season i suppose. Think Brians probably made it clear he has no intention of signing on any longer.

That's about the size of it

There's no benefit to us whatsoever.

It isn't us being 'fleeced'. It is us getting what we deserve

after pricing Brian Howard out of the market by claiming his value is £10m and then failing to offer the wages that a £10m player deserves.

Or, is it a case of Brian thinking he is worth more than he really is? nt

RE: That's about the size of it

I've heard a few today say we'll be better off without Howard.
Unbelievable. Some of our fans must have the shortest memories and least brain cells in British football.

No. It wasn't Brian that claimed he was worth ten million point

Surely if his chairman/club owner claims that his player is worth £10m then the player will naturally want wages to match that valuation.

Out on loan until Jan, then complete full move.</p>

Needs to buy some better sun glasses. Very Elton John-ish.

And the one he put on a plate for Hume at QPR?

Can't he still change his mind in January?

At this point in time, the clubs can agree a fee and make a temporary loan arrangement (as we did with Nyatanga).

That doesn't mean to say he will definately go to the blunts in the new year. AFAIK, Brian can't sign ANYTHING at the moment.....

Also if he gets injured who will pay his wages. If injured and out for months no deal and we pay his wages.

Yeah, I don't like these agreements at all

If the move doesn't "work out", we will be the losers in all of this.

    Yes just like Lewin did

but Bri is out of contract on 30th June 09.

Blunts can also decide against if he gets injured or if they cant come to an agreement on wages wi him
