had a season tcket for about 9 years until i went to uni and it got to expensve, travelling home on train, drinks before and atfer match etc, so started playing on saturday at uni, finished uni started playing saturday back home, broke my leg just before christmas, but couldnt go to any Barnsley matches due ot pot sticking out and walking in a crowd an all that, pot is off now but cant play football for at least another month, been offered tickets on two seperate occasions for todays match but i have turned them down, an im watching it at home instead cos i would feel a bit wrong and hypocritical goin to the match.
Am i cutting off my nose to spite my face or doing the right thing?

    think about it like this

was it you that made the decision to allow people extra tickets to sell to whoever they feel like? no
if you don't buy one then will someone else buy it instead? yes
is there quite a good chance that the ticket would go to someone who is even less of a fan than you? yes

the only thing i would say is dont buy it if it is above face value
