Who the next manager is? Does it really matter? The list of candidates is hardly awe inspiring. Most outta work cos they've previously failed. Or lower leaguers that we've dabbled with before with little or no success. If we appoint from within they're on a hiding to nothing. If we eventually do appoint Mr XYZ it'll be sugar coated by the club, 'our No1 target', 'enthusiastic/ambitious/experienced' dependant on who it is. We all know if they're decent they'll be courted by a Championship club at some point, if they're **** they'll be gone by mid 2016 anyway. It's all a load of ballax. Footballs w4nk.
I hope Mansford has something up his sleeve. I fear its just his rists though. This is the lowest point I remember since we surrendered a 3 goal half time lead to exeter city to lose 4:3 in iley's reign.
Hasn't this always been the case? I don't ever remember a manager being out of work (and looking) because he wanted to be unemployed.
Fek me, i went to that game as a kid......was in tears trudging out! Now I am just bored to tears watchin't mugs. Hth
