Am I the only one who's disappointed that Davey's still in a job?

I genuinely expected the axe to fall last night or this morning at the latest. All this talk of him having 1, 2, 3 or however many matches to save his job strikes me as a waste of breath. There is no "instant fix" to our situatuion as far as Davey is concerned so why hang about. If fresh ideas and a change of thinking are what's needed surely we should bring someone in now before it's too late. It's going to be bad enough having a temporary replacement for four or five weeks (assuming no-one has been sounded out to take over yet) which means it could be two months at least before we can start moving forward by hich time we could be cut adrift at the bottom of the table. If Mr.Cryne has any thoughts at all of bringing in a new man he should do it now!!

    Very disappointed

I'm struggling to see how his continued position can be justified to those that pay his wages.

    simple....

compo payout would be hude been as though he only signed a four year contract not so long ago..... and then persuading someone else to join the club when its bottom of the league

aswel as the replacement managers wages..... just a thought

    Extremely Dissapointed

What beggars belief is the ones who want keep him.
In my opinion those who want him to stay only want the club to spiral into lower league obscurity which is what will happen, the problem is there is no come back for the "key board warriors" who basically want to drag the club down, in simple terms if you want Davey to stay then you cannot want the best for Barnsley FC

his contact can be terminated , paying him 1 years salary

So we can save at least 3 years there.
