Am not one to moan but......

today was as bad, defence was all over the place, no movement or creativity in midfield, we did not string more than 3 passes together all game, long ball all game from the back four but most disappointing was that the players looked so slow and miles off the pace al game when they shold be hungry and up for it.

Even when we had a brief spell we never put coventry on the back foot and they looked comfortable all game, I don't care if people say they are a good team we never took the game to them to find out! This time last year we lost but at least we had a go at them and took the game to them!

Just because we have signed 10-11 players does not mean we have strengthen the squad because from what i have seen I do ot thin they are good enough. We have not signed championship qualty players even Kozluk looked poor today, the one savng grace was Kayode Odeyje, quick, strong, strong in the air, holds it up an looks hungry, for me Frenchstick is not good enough!

If i was offered 21st place now I would take without a doubt because I am real worried about our chances this season.

signing so many brand new signings work. Just got to get to church and pray to God this time it does work.

 

I think Davey made a big mistake overhauling the whole team.

The team that finished last season was looking OK. It only needed 4 players. CB, LW, LB, Striker. He should have used all of pre season getting the 1st eleven down to a T, and now Davey is nowhere near it. what a waste of preseason.

Now we have 8 or 9 unproven players who arent up to it.

we had a good neucleaus of players last season, nards, kay, austion and hayes are all good squad players which I thin we should have kept, instead we have signed playrs who are not used to the english game and ned to adjust quick!

1 game gone and writing them off already?... calm down a bit, 45 games and 9 months to go, we'll be ok, have a bit of faith for gods sake. (doh)
