    But these 'Evening With' nights with a current Barnsley employer should be surely taking place down at Oakwell so we pocket all the cash ourselves. I can understand former guys like McCarthy, Hignett etc being at Lamproom. But a current guy on our books should be doing an Evening With at Oakwell and over time most members of our squad should have these kind of nights to bring in more money at the club instead of Lamproom benefiting from our guy.

    The Lamproom is an independent community theatre and should be supported.

    I'm hoping to go to the Craig Hignett evening, but I think Flicker should be allowed to get on with his job without any un-necessary distractions. It's an inappropriate format at this point in time. If he wanted to have a fans forum evening, it should happen via Don at Oakwell. Just my point of view, hope it's a success.

    He wasn't forced to do it. He was asked and said he'd love to get out in the community and meet some fans especially as there is currently a buzz in the town.
