But was the timing of Hays alleged transfer request based upon the lines that if we get another striker I want away. If it is'nt then I am way off the mark but if it was then he's dictating the terms of possible transfers. Only time will tell if we actually hear that he no longer wants away.

It sounded more like "Mr Chairman, don't piss around with contracts this season like last season"

I have been told though that we would go back to Sarfend as it's his neck of the woods.

 

I think he's just been unsettled by the bid from Southend, his hometown club.</p>
