    Commentator last night said "You don't usually see an international footballer taking a foul throw"

    Yes you do - you see it all the time, they just don't get given…….same with obstruction.

    easiest thing in the world to sort out

    only allow throws from a standing position-don't allow a run up-after all it's only a means to get the ball back in play
