The joy of this situation is that I have put a large plastic bin under the torrent from my gutter.....

The bin is empty, square and lying on it's side!!!!!

Therefore there is a "drum tattoo" such as performed by epileptics on acid being interpreted by the physics of water flow, acoustics and meteorology which sounds wonderful!
