Dr Davey feels guilty and thats why hes started to blame ...

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dr Simon, (go home and sleep on it hume)is trying to draw attention to the fact that barnsley have let there player down and risked his life but not sending him to hospital

yesterday this story didnt even make headline news on skysports and as soon as davey said his players needed protection we get replays on the hour and it makes the top story

What Hume needed was to go to hospital straight away as john terry did when he got k-od vs Arsenal.......this as a precaution!

What Dr Davey is now trying to do is take the spotlight of barnsley's basic failure so his medical team arent done for neglect!!!

Sorry simon but if id of seen someone in the dressing room with there cheeks out of line, id of said i think u better get that properley looked at

Stop using the incident to take the spotlight off ur faiure

You gonna boo Morgan when he plays on Saturday ?

It was a f*ckin accident you retards. The FA haven't reported, therefore claiming it as an accident, the referee gave it a booking and why, because that's all it was worth.

I'll talk amongst myself then. Just seen this at last on youtube. For what it's worth imo all the momentum was Hulme's. He is running blindly sideways and unfortunately for him runs straight into an elbow left out for him by Morgs. Okay I accept Morg's elbow is up and high but the guy has in no way swung his arm at Hulme. I feel sorry for the outcome but the pillock really should have been looking where he was going. Unlike the JJ on Kyle event where the lad clearly took an elbow swipe at Kyles head. I agree that these things should be stamped out as the elbow to face is a blight on then game, but making a witch hunt of Morgs for this one is completely missing the point. There are worse and more deliberate attempts in virtually every game you see to elbow opponents in the face. Hulme was just unfortunate that the elbow landed on the weakest part of his face. Anywhere else and he would have stayed on the pitch. Not Morgs fault this one. and by no means the worse challenge I heve seem him make. As I say an unfortunate outcome to a run of the mill situation.

Oh and apparently the more you look at it the more it just looks like Morgan is just looking to fend off Hume ffs

Stopped reading that board now, it is becoming a joke some of the things they say. Still can't understand how they can defend him.
Shown the clip to about 10 people at work, majority who don't watch football and they can't believe it.

Bleeding davey - what an idiot

had he sent hume straight to the hospital, his skull would not be fractured and he would be ok to play on saturday.

The poster of that misses a key point

Hume was conscious and presumably made his own decision to go home thinking "I'll be reight after a couple of nurofen"

I would imagine that he must have been assessed by the Club Doctor before being allowed home!

    RE: Well First.......

Bottom line though, if he's conscious then it's his decision whether to go to the hospital or not.

as someone else pointed out, he would in all probability been checked over by the club doctor, obviously we dont know if he sent hume to hospital striaght away, or if as is the case in a large number of injuries sustained in football, further examination proved its was worse than first thought. howerver i would have thought hume would have been sent to hospital as a precaution anyway, due to him suffering a heas injury (i.e going for an x-ray at the very least). quite obvouisly our dee-dar freind is a t***, and knows nothing!!!
