I just recall the bad old Spackman days, where 'sicknote' players were the order of the day and you could just tell that some seemingly good signings just did not want to play for the club. I hope that this is not the case with any of these three and the injuries are genuine, or we do have problems. I hope also that they are not having their heads turned by some apparently ridiculous rumours about transfers.

For his size Anderson is now missing far too many matches through "injuries"

    I know but still,

Id expect a course of antibiotics to clear an infection in 7 days to the extent he could play.

    eh?

No doubt in my mind had either been available on Saturday we would probably have had 3 more points on the board.

    "Colace on present form"

    You're bonkers man!

    He's the best all round footballer we've had in more than 5 years, I didn't even know his form had dipped . . . . . . ?

    RE: "Colace on present form"

He's been gash last few games, especially West Ham away. He only touched the ball about three times

    Notice on present form

I'm sure he can get back to form. I hope he can as he has looked good. I don't think the diamond crap suits him.

Barnsley should play 4-4 fecking 2. Obviously when personnel allow.

    Agree with you young man

My mind was boggling a bit too. He's one of the best players in the squad. And, like Spartacus says, if we had just one of him, Leon or Anderson we would probably have won on Saturday.

Leon would be no big loss anyway. I agree with Spartacus about De Silva. Colace as only just signed an 18 month contract with us, so I doubt we are losing him.

    I did not say that

Colace is not a good player. I said that I thought on recent form he is no loss.

I don't think Leon contributes enough. Excellent skills and usually good from dead balls but lacking in height and pace.

    You are kidding?

He was excellent against West Ham, broke up play, used skill to beat players (please note: skill that worked everytime, unlike Leon who pulls it off once in every five attempts!)

He did not have a shocker agaisnt West Ham at all.

    Aye with

JCR, Colace, De Silva and Devaney in my opinion.... when fit. Macken up front with ANYONE who can put that spherical thing in that netty thing... oh Hassell Foster Moore and Kozluck would be the defence

Isn't the West Ham game his only start in 4 or 5 ?

And before that game he was in immense form, nobody would deny that.

I'll put it down to Monday morning blues shall I?

You don't need to criticise Leon to me

    I don't rate him.

I just saw a different Colace to you. Clackered a few tackles, rarely seemed involved and looked lost in th ediamond formation I think we were playing.

Prior to the last few games

He had been playing very well, I just thought over the last few, West Ham included, he had dropped in form.

It has dropped cold all of a sudden.
