I`m a big fan of De Silva and I`m sure we will be a better team with him in it but I can`t help thinking that he has become a better player the longer he has been out of the side! Last season he was a shining light in a struggling team. It will take much more than just his return to change our season round. Personally I`d start by playing our key men and best players in their best positions. That means moving Foster into the center of defence, playing an experienced man at right fullback - I`d prefer Hassell but would settle for Van Hoemet and finding a way to release Howard and Hume to play where they are most effective. In addition I`d bring back Muller even though I don`t think Steele has done much wrong- you`ve just got to pick your best players! We`re a better side for JCR`s return as well. After all the above you then pick the rest around these players and we might start to get somewhere!
