If offered fourth from bottom right now I would take it. Considering we've now been back in this league as long as we have that doesn't say much for the state of our club.
we need to get some win under our belts to make that a remote possibility at the moment `we will be lucky not to finish bottom
I would be. Especially this season. And for the forseeable future anyway. Be nice to see some improvement but I really enjoy being in the Championship so provided we are in this league I am content. Maybe not happy, but content.
Not over-achieving no but not failing either if we stay in this division. On to the next season to have another crack at it.
Same for a lot of clubs. Most clubs achieve **** all each season. But we start each season with the hope that we can. If we were finishing 10th every season would you be eternally happy?
If we finished 4th bottom i'd be ecstatic. We've got to keep up like this until we get some sort of takeover and we can financially compete in this league. It's gonna take a minor miracle for us to finish anywhere near the top 16, even if we do change managers.
Why would you be unhappy with more of the same,it's a sight better than the cold tuesday nights against Barrow, Southport, Halifax...........and.... Donny that I used to endure years ago...we stayed up and made a small profit...Bristol lost 14.4 million, like Ponty72 says next year we can have another crack at it.
I'd be ecstatic with 4th from bottom. Pretty much how I felt at the start of the season too, as it'd mean another year of defying the bookie's expectations. I hope for better, but it's nothing more than hope.
