    Looks like you are preparing them to fail at the moment Andy.</p>

    I aint a football manager but I do manage people for a living. If I told them the company they work for is not as good as its rivals because the workforce doesn't come up to scratch and its likely to get worse before it gets better, it would get me out on my arse quick sticks.</p>
