REDS boss Andy Ritchie gave his thoughts ahead of tonight's massive game with Huddersfield Town.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">He said &quot;We know we can play a lot better, we played some good football on Thursday without really hurting them and that was the biggest point for us. We didn't get at them like we have done to other teams. That's what we've got to try and reverse!&quot;</font></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" />

They did to us what we like to do to opponents, they stopped us playing. We didn't mix our game up; we tried to pass the ball like we always do but sometimes when teams are all over you like a bad rash you've got to turn the tables on them. We didn't do that and I think that's why we got caught.&quot;</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" />

So we know that we can hurt them and we have done in the past. We have a mountain to climb but we have got the equipment to do it.&quot; </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" />

I was lucky as a player to be involved in some very important games. I'd like to be there as a manager. Not only for me but also the players. They are a great bunch who have done very well.
