Andy Ritchie is beginning to irritate me!

His latest rantings are bizzare to say the least.
The central defence is very weak and we desperatley need cover in that area. So what does the prat do, he says we need another striker even though we have 3 good strikers at the club.

I think that he is starting to become out of his depth at this level. He clearly does not know what he is talking about and what he is doing, the draw on Saturday was more luck than anything.

I still think that the board have not offered him a new contract because they are more concerned with getting the financial side of the club sorted as well as hoping (praying even) that we survive this season. Then they will probably get rid of Ritchie at the end of the season because the bloke is clearly not a championship manager and they will probably want a more experienced man to take us forward!!!!

Ritchie is tactically not with it, is too loyal to certain players and clearly does not have the ability to manage a team higher than sixth from bottom of the championship.
If Shepherd gets rid then I will fully understand why because the managers latest comments worry me very much!!!

If we stay up then i think that the board should get rid because even though we may possibly stay up, he is certainly not capable of taking us any further because of his very bizzare short comings!!!!!

It has been well documented that the baord have offered Ritchie some money for players but he had refused it time and again!

Just because he got promotion doesn't mean that you all have to be blindly loyal to the guy, you are allowed to criticise him you know!!

I don't think they are poor because logically I guess whatever they let in in the first 15 minutes they must then be capable of letting in as many if not more for the rest of the game. They may lack a little concentration at the start of the event.
Not entirely unknown is it?
This is a good side. Our position in this division is proof positive (IMHO) that they were intrinsically good enough for promotion last year (F*ck knows what Swansea must be thinking after outplaying us for the majority of the play-off final).
That said, I don't give a rats arse what AR says on the TV, the talking wireless set or even by morse f*ckin code - so long as the results roll in and we can stay up and consolidate, I for one will be abso-f*ckin-lutely delighted.
