Andy Ritchie plusses and minusses ...as I see it feel free to add

Plusses,really nice bloke,got us playing good football,got us promoted,got a really good team spirit (allegedly).
Minusses Over loyal to the (paper thin) squad who got him promoted,could'nt see until too late that we desperately needed strengthening and some experience,oversaw a team that repeated the same mistakes week after week,basically the same formation, every week making it easy for opposition to know what to expect,probably too soft on the players (thats where the alledgedly bit comes in)
