    Im afraid you may be right.

    Hope we are wrong..just wish Mr Cryne would give Shepherd the push as in my view he is the problem. Too old school and we need younger fresh ideas.

    Between them they can't find that happy medium. The Chaiman thinks money and financial security, Manager wants to keep the players happy, no matter the cost. Result big gulf.......... Shepherd needs to push the boat out a bit more, and Ritchie needs to be more critical of his players.
