or maybe that Tommy Wright was twice as cheap and Hayer isn't twice as good may that went through is mind?
RE: id rather have conlon up front than richards I disagree Richards is a battler and tries 100% and if they want 200k+ no way is he 4 times better than Wright give wright a few more games and you will all be shaggin is leg.
And your point is? Leicester, in case you haven't noticed, play in a league above us. If we bought Hayter from Bournemouth would he be no good because Bournemouth didn't want him?
RE: id rather have conlon up front than richards Leicster are better than us if u wer implying that they r ****!
RE: id rather have conlon up front than richards am saying they dont give good players away for free and hayter is 10 times the player wright will ever be
What are you basing that on? How many times have you seen Hayter play? How many times have you seen Wright play?
RE: What are you basing that on? how many times u seen richards play another ritchie signing but u think hes great as well.look at hayters goal tally to wrights then u work it out
I think Richards is great do I? I see It's all about goals is it. Who is better, Hayter or Barry Conlon?
RE: I think Richards is great do I? I see hayter is the best striker in this league but ritchie prefers to go for richards and wright so your telling me ud rather have them 2 then hayter
Wright is a good player look paul hart signed "good" players and it didn't work out. you need a balance in the squad in this league. richards battles and causes them problems but is forced to sacrifice most of his goal threat. he gives hayes protection. just like devaney, tommy wright isn't fully match fit or integrated into the team... give him a few more games and he'll be scoring for fun. he just needs to get off the mark. and hayter is lightweight and not worth 200k...and apart from that do we have 200k? didn't think so...
I keep asking you but you won't reply On what basis is Hayter the best striker in the league? How many times have you seen him play? You mention goals, but Barry Conlon has a record every bit as good as him and I bet you're not wanting him to play. Hayter: 245 league starts + 52 as sub. 77 goals. Conlon: 240 league starts + 41 as sub. 75 goals. So Hayter has a goal scoring record almost identical to Barry Conlon. A goal on averge for every 3 matches he starts. Tommy Wright has 11 goals in 34 starts which is about the same. Marc Richards has 24 goals in 74 starts. If you're just basing it on goals mate, they're all about the same.
