I'm very worried as I have now heard from four different sources all of which I trust, two on this board two not, that AR and the board are not seeing eye to eye and that his time is running short. It is also rumoured that AR has turned cash for players down, I find that hard to believe.

AR leaving the club would be a disaster.

No doubt there is tension amongst the board and AR, always the case when results not going your way. But saying that, I don't believe for one second that AR is turning cash down. Maybe GS is saying what about player x and player y, and AR is just stating he doesn't want them, but for me I dont want a chairman saying who we should sign.

If AR was to get the sack it would be a backwards step.

Semi agree but it was GS that suggested McIndoe and Togwell by all accounts.

Now was that a suggestion based upon "I've had Micheal McIndoe's agent contcat me, he wants a new club, do you fancy him Andy" or was it " McIndoe, he's a good player, shall we get him Andy?" From what's being inferred, AR is not picking the players to sign?

has someone at board level actually told you this face to face

or was it the milkman's second cousin twice removed who lives in darkest Kazakstan and surfs football rumours every day????

All accounts may have been the wrong choice of words.

The suggestions recently have indicated that AR is reluctant to sign players as he wants to stay loyal to the players which got us promoted. It has been stated that there are some funds available to help AR strengthen but he seems happy with what he has available to him.

    Leon Constantine. Colin Kazim-Richards

    The lad that chose Bradford.

Transfer targets presumably identified by AR that we failed to sign.

There was tension last season between AR and the Board it's not a new thing this season.

    1. Last season the Chairman said money was availble if AR wants it, more than once. He has said the same this season. Patrick Cryne more or less said as much with his box office players comment.

    2. Last season when we were struggling to make the play offs with a run of drawn games the Chairman said he would be devastated if we didn't make the play offs. This was after AR had be offered money to strenghen the squad.

3.The Chairman also said last season that talking to AR is hard work.

On those three points alone anyone can see it's not all sweetness and light between AR and GS. How would you feel as a Charman if you can see the club hovering above the drop zone and you are offering the manager money and he does nothing. GS is getting a lot of unfair stick because AR isn't using the available money to strenghen a weak squad.

AR has always had his critics on here it's not a new phenomena. People who don't rate AR has highly as the more assertive posters won't come on here to give their opinions because they know they will be sworn at and abused just like Dreamboy 3000 is for darning to suggest it may be time for AR to go.

This bb is rapidly becoming AR love in.
