I agree, the owner should resign and walk away, then we really would be in a pickle, although there are plenty on here who could easily take his place, I think not
I have said many a time that this board have never recruited a decent manager. Every single appointment has been a disaster. The last decent manager was appointed before this board took charge.
But hasn't Cryne been trying to offload the club for ages without success ??. And during this time I suppose he has been pumping his own money into the club. If he goes then you may as well lock the gates and forget it.......there will be no future.
If Cryne goes I suspect we will just spend what we make and with our crowds and the work Linton has done to have so many advertisements we should still be challenging for promotion.
I was under the impression it was just the team that was up for sale the ground belongs to PC and the council under another company ....similar to the coventry set up..... maybe wrong but that might be the reason we havent been bought out. Crynes answer to stopping folk loaning money against the assets then asset stripping. If i understand it right
Yes it is. At the time we all understood and to some degree we can all see why the protection was built in. However this isn't helping the sale of the club. Because let's be fair all anyone is buying are player contracts and revenue generated from match days. No real asset of any kind in terms of bricks and mortar etc. Obviously this seems as though it is a real stumbling block. I have no answer to that though because like I say I can understand why this was put in place (or I have been convinced it's the right thing to be done)
