    This is great fun in a deeply bizarre kind of way.

    It's like somebody over there looked at our performances last season and thought "Yep, let's aim for that." Do you think Flicker could be persuaded to make the step up from Bury?

    Don't think Perkins, Mellis or Cywka are that bad players to be honest, Perkins was one of their better players last season and maybe the other two will perform better under a different manager.

    Basically, Blackpool are what we'd be like if we'd stayed up. A skint club, signing **** players from relegated teams, with little hope of staying up.

    I'm starting to think relegation might have been the best option. New squad, hungry players, fresh start.
