Tickets for our Bank Holiday clash with Blackpool will go on sale Monday 12th March, 2012, to Season Ticket Holders*upon production of Special Match Voucher 'D' along with three away ticket stubs from the 2011/2012 season - one per season ticket holder.

whats the problem ESL, voucher? Match stubs?
    it will go down
its just giving them who go away a lot first chance. Nothing wrong with that. it will be just ST needed and then open sale

just another chance that fans who normally work want to go with it being a bank holiday.

Why should ST holders need both a ST and 3 away stubs just to get a ticket? Is it because it's Blackpool and they are trying to stop any fans going who might just be making this the only away game they fancied going to?

It's a problem when you only have 1 away ticket stub

sorry ESL but use your fecking brain.
its a 'better' away match and the club are trying to give those fans who go away alot the chance to get there tickets first. there will be a chance latter.
last time i went the stand was 3/4 full and it was a rainy staurday in december.

it will be 3/4 full in your language this time at best. people have to work, do you know that concept? they get to games when they can, and this is on a day off for most fans

So the most dedicated and loyal fans get their reward for being loyal and dedicated by having first choice of tickets for what is percieved to be a big game?

    Nightmare.

I really don't get what the issue is here. The club are correctly rewarding the loyalty of regular away game fans by prioritising them for a game which will be hugely popular because of the date and the location.

Football club rewarding most loyal fans? Never...

I haven't got three away stubs. Bet I still get a ticket. It'll be three stubs and a st, then st holders, then three stubs on their own maybe, and general sale. Still probably won't sell out. If it does, great. Nothing wrong with the club rewarding the die hards.

Seems like a fair way to do it to me

Those that have spent time travelling to watch Reds get first dibs on the popular game and don't lose out. No problem with that at all.
