Gives his explanation/idea behind Winnall's current role, goes into real detail regards Hourihane and I get the feeling Ramage isn't going to be getting a deal. Cracking interview. I could listen to him all day.
Outstanding interview. I know some will probably jump down my throat re this but he's the first manager we've had for a long time that doesn't talk to the media as if they're a total inconvenience & that what's happening inside the club is nobody's business but his own. Great to hear his viewpoints on those individuals in particular - think he talks brilliantly. We say it every Summer but this one is very important. Hopefully he gets more right than wrong. Yes great interview I think he explained the issue with Conor fantastically He's not idle just cannot defend but makes for it with his fantastic stats Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's refreshing hearing a manager talk about issues in depth rather than just regurgitating the same spew interview after interview. Makes them worth listening to and gives you an insight into his thinking. With other managers you're often left wondering why the hell they've done what they've done. With LJ he gives his reasons and you often end up agreeing with what his decisions, even if at first you didn't.
^^This. Feels inclusive. He's only a year older than me so I think that's why I'm finding him so easy to relate to/listen to.
I really like the guy. He is honest, articulate and is proving to be quite incisive in his reading of the game, our players and what we want as fans. He us in tune and things seem to be getting aligned. High hopes with him at the helm. Said it before ...he seems to be creating better relationships and that is a great foundation from which to develop the job. A wise head on young shoulders and top class sense of humour. Plus he us very ambitious and hungry to succeed. And that's without me seeing the interview. What's the gist of what he's said?
Don't think it owt to do with his age, he's just a natural communicator. I'm 35 yrs older and I find him easy to listen/relate to.
Got a lot of faith in this guy. Think our biggest problem will be keeping hold of him. Think it may take 2 years to get back in the championship, as next season will see another bunch of changes. Less than last season, but I reckon there'll be half a dozen in & out. Hopefully J O'S will be one of the ins & the fat lad will be one of the outs.
He calls Ramage a fantastic human. Who was it hey said something along those lines about our players?
