One of the lads at work phoned the box office today to buy 2 season tickets. Got through to Box office and was told there's only one lass working today and she's busy. Phoned back 20 mins later, still busy but "we'll phone u back" Still awaiting phone call!!! Could have paid a decent striker for a day or 2 wi that
Thing is this sort of post is boring My recent dealings with the box office were first class I went to buy an ST for the seat that I knew was free next to my Dad. After a short queue at a well staffed box office (3 staff on on a Saturday morning) I handed in my ST form - the helpful and friendly girl behind the desk checked it was availlable and took payment, then printed out the ST book and gave it to me. All true -but not worth the effort of typing really is it
I have nothing but praise for them been great and really helpful in my dealings for the last few seasons with sorting out new season tickets for the kids.
RE: Thing is this sort of post is boring same here, I changed my seat this season and they got Dave Hancock to open the gates at the back of the stand so I could walk around and pick the seat I wanted.
Quality service(y)
btw, Dave(if you read the board), that little key in the box office was mine mate after all..

RE: Thing is this sort of post is boring It is worth the effort of typing when the club is crying poverty but can't be arsed phoning somebody who wants to spend £600. AND has only one lass in the ticket office 3 days before the start of the season.
They are entitled to go on their holidays Schools are becoming very strict on when they allow children to be released on holiday before fining parents big money. Give them a break.
RE: ill jump on too Always had a great service at the ticket office. Problem we do have is the fact we have too many fans that moan at the slightest thing. It's getting really boring to be fair.
