Paul Hart was also sent out to pick his own team And he picked some good players and they are still good players but.... it proved to be difficult to put the ticker into a brand new team.... i reckon you need one ******* in the mix... one Batty-type

I'd agree with that...Hart failed to sign any winners...and far it remains to be seen if Ritchie has or not

yer know..... Mogs couldha been the ******* that makes this a team of winners. Shame he just turned out to be a standard man... and not Mr Barnsley as he looked to be at one stage... A Ronnie, Redders, Winnie.... where is the next one?

Time will tell with him.. I fear he's another one whose earlier potential has been wasted...so much for the best coach in the game...

Had Hart stopped Austin was off. FACT. As big a weakness as Rich Teas lack of experience is, just as big a strength is the fact that he's stuck Flinders Williams Tonge and Austin in, and seems to be sticking with them. They aren't the answer on their own, but you've the start of a nucleus to the team to who it actually means something to play for Barnsley.

RE: Time will tell with him.. He's been played all over the shop, that's half the problem. Looked best to me as one of three centre backs. Performance against Wendys last year showed potential legendry status.

Yep...can only agree with that.. I just hope he gets backon track. I really rate Robbie W,how mad tom kept himout I'll never know I thought Tonge's best games last season were in midfield but again time will tell for him In Ozzie's case,I think the months he played at left back under Gudjon destryed his confidence and being kept out by the woeful Hassell certainly did him no better either
