    I read his interview in the special pullout for tomorrow from the Chronicle.

    Losing more and more respect for the fella as the days go on.

    Yeh in all fairness I did until recently.

    It didn't bother me him going to Bristol City as I'll never begrudge somebody trying to make themselves better but the way he's gone about it recently has pissed me off.

    Fair interview, just listened to it on radio sheffield. Paying respect to the club wishing us all well, good on him hope he has a great day out, and that we get to play against him next season in the Championship.

    Met him briefly at the end of last season , we were talking in the dressing room with players etc during a mascot day , never liked his attitude from that moment on , I asked if he could get us promoted next year (this) and he was very condescending and basically as I remember pointed towards budgets etc and that Sheff u and Wigan would claim it . Never had the club as a passion and in my opinion Barnsley was a very convienient stepping stone for him .

    Hecky is the man , Barnsley lad .

    I would have sacked him at Christmas, to be honest though, he gave a very gracious interview on sky before kick off, fair play to him.

    I would have sacked him last summer after he ruined the very realistic chance we had of the play offs last season.

    Infact I would never have appointed him.
