    <font size="2">Colchester United midfielder Kevin Watson has hit out at a small section of fans who booed the side off after Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Plymouth. </font>

    Despite Argyle's 88th-minute equaliser, Watson feels the abuse was unnecessary. </p>

    &quot;Some people seem to have forgotten not too long ago this club was a mid-table League One side, and not much before that in League Two,&quot; he told BBC Essex. </p>

    &quot;The majority of fans appreciate what we do. But those who boo might as well stay home and watch Coronation Street.&quot; </p>
