Yes soup. Most important thing is to drink plenty though as you'll be dehydrated. Don't chuck a couple of pints of water down your neck as you'll more than likely throw it back up. Just keep a glass of water with you all the time and keep constantly sipping it.

This is what I do - follow the BRAT diet (and I am not being facetious!): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRAT_diet Bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast (dry). Works a treat. But as Jay says, the most important thing is to keep hyrdated - sports drinks are best to replace lost fluids and minerals.
