    Who else did we have?

He's fallen out with Johnson and Christensen. Rickets is wnak. He doesn't like a 'keeper on the bench. The rest are injured or cup tied.

It wasn't a negative, I was just shocked and confused as to his inclusion (as were a lot of people). Even the announcer was surprised when reading the team out "19, Jacob butterfield?" is I believe what he said.

It just seemed a bit of an odd inclusion thats all, especially considering that last week Luke Potter was on the bench, I would have expected it to be him again if we needed to play a youngster.

RE: Who else did we have?

I saw Ricketts and Mattis walking AWAY from the ground just before the Wednesday game (2.50) and Ricketts was two yards behind Mattis and having a right whinge.

Can't you tell when someone asks a question?

I can. It's the intonation in their voice.

He didn't read it out in the same way as the rest

He read thme more like this.

Number 11, Danny Nardiello (voice getting slightly higher/louder towards the end), wearing 7, sam togwell (voice getting higher/louder again), 19, jacob butterfield? (shocked voice)

Like I said, it wasnt a crticism, if we win he can play toby tyke for all I care :) I was just a little perplexed as to his apparent sudden inclusion but has as been pointed out, potter was injured.

Luke Potter was cup tied. He played for Stafford Rangers in an earlier round.

Well bugger me, you live and learn. When did you become the fountain of knowledge on the reserve players?

I'd say it was pretty obvious

Gives the lad the chance to be in the match day squad against Chelsea... whetting his appetite and inspiring him to keep working hard.
