first half kay had a tremendous game! but second half he turned into the kay of old red mist, and constantly tried trick when in control of the ball in or around the area, risky passes etc.... one of which gave away the 3rd goal...

    It's because

When you are in the defence and you have no simple passing option, you start to hoist the ball upfield.

Eventually, you get fed up (and physically tired) when it starts coming straight back down your throat and you have to chase to win it back.

This forces the defenders to hang onto the ball a bit longer (and take risks) in the hope that they can pick a better pass and get a bit of respite. This in turn, leads to errors. Same thing happened to Hassell last week and almost cost us a goal.

    HTH,
    Stephen
