Will ever play for Barnsley again. In spite of being one of our better players, personal issues come to the fore
I disagree because i think Kay will NEVER play for us again. Shame because i would have him back in against Sunderland. He cares more about our club than Davey ever will. And Davey should put a personal grudge to one side for the good of the team.
saw Kay and Davey today at Perrys as I posted earlier, but it seems no-one read ff as soon as Davey walked in the smile disappeared from Kay's face and the two never looked at each other. There is definately something going on and while I think he should play for us again, unless things are sorted out, it looks unlikely. http://www.barnsleyfc.org.uk/bbs/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=66071&mid=414695#M414695
Arrr kid were talking to Antony Kay at a football do last week Kay said that the new kid from Derby was a really good player Which is good of him because this guy has got his place in the team Kay also said he expected to be playing for another club next season I've always liked Kay - but he can't put in unproffesional performances like he did against Cardiff and get away with it Right team and manager - and Kay would be a bargin One thing tho - Arrrrr kid said Ant looked shocked when he told him his dad had shot me in the back with an airgun when we were kids
wherever the problem lies, I'm just saying what I saw and those two definately seemed to have something going on between them.
RE: Arrr kid were talking to Antony Kay at a football do last week PerformanceS is plural thus what other game like Cardiff did he put in a bad performance? Many of the players had a bad one off performance then. He was made a scapegoat and we all know it. It's wrong the way he is treated.
Another performance/s...........ageean Wendy for one He tries to play football Sometimes a centre half cant afford to do that Ant dunt seem to be able to accept that
FAO..Dreamboy you saying kay cares more about thisclub than davey ever will is absolute tosh im afraid mate....if kay cared about this club he wouldnt have refused to go on the bench against colchester which is where all this started from!
RE: Are you saying that Simon Davey deliberatly lied to the fans? nt Well you said that this started when Kay refused to go on the bench against colchester. Simon Davey, barnsley manager, said that against colchester he made the decision not to put Kay in the squad and the inclusion of his name amongst the substitutes was an accident.
