We're going to France in June and need to know what, if anything, we have to take with us to keep the frog coppers off our backs IE warning triangle etc (worship)
I've toured Europe 5 times and never took a warning triangle! Best to take spare bulbs/fuses and take all your documents ie insurance, both copies of the licence, mot, what i did was photocopy them and left the originals at home. Where are you going in France!
Don't know about France, but if you check out some of the bike tours websites, they'll have a FAQ page with the information. Here in Spain you need spare bulbs and spare glasses if you wear them. Have a look at our website for Spain www.motorbike-tours.co.uk I hope you will come on one of our tours next year, or even this year. If you fancy a good deal, I'm looking to fill some places in May and August. I'll do it for cost to bulk the group. You'd just have to pretend you paid full price.

Petition the Prime Minister to Stop penalising Motorcyclists with unfair increases in Road Tax
http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/motorcycle-tax/#detail(Y)

Useful website here http://www.motorcycle.co.uk/Articles/Various/Motorcycle-Touring.aspx Quite an informal site. I know hi-vis vests are needed for if you break down, or you'll get an on the spot fine. Have a good trip. I think the foreign office website will list country specific road rules too.
