Last week I heard 2-4 weeks to resume full training and possibly playing. City is 3 weeks away. Cutting it fine and total match fitness not possible, but he could really play a part even on 90%. Tear up the midfield, scare the living daylights out of the superstars, get booked and subbed at half-time for a well deserved rest? :)

I doubt it based purely on what Flicker said this week. Mad Dog is telling everybody he will be ready in two weeks whereas Flicker thinks differently. Three weeks will be cutting it very fine but you never know.

He'll need putting in a cage if he can't play.

I would love to see Dawson and Perkins up against Javi Garcia. He wouldn't know what hit him.

    If he isn't fit

I have full confidence in Kelvin Etuhu against his old club.

    He'll be okay

The game's three weeks away and he'll not let us down. I imagine Steve Dawson will be insisting he's fit for the game, even if he's struggling on crutches!:D

It certainly provides added motivation for him to get fit quickly.
