It says

    Polish poser for midfielder Burns.

Only a cash deal will allow Jacob Burns to leave Barnsley before his contract runs out this summer.

It goes on to say that he is available to play against Colchester tomorrow.

The Polish side are keen to sign Burns but do not want to pay a fee.

To be honest I dont think it will make any difference

    For now.

It says that the dael isn't dead in the water, but if they can't come up with suitable remuneration, Jacob will remain here.

According to Andy Ritchie if Jacob leaves we have enough cover - Howard, Kay, Wroe, Tonge Hassell and even Reid.

    On second thoughts may be..............................................

Coming from the "mighty" Leeds, he may on a very large wage package for League One or even the Championship. Perhaps we still need to bring wages down to the League One level.

If that's the case I withdraw my critisism of Ritchie in this matter.

But more honesty from the Club would be appreciated.

    GS says in Chron............

last year's accounts-due in March-will still show a loss but nowhere near the 3.5m of the previous year-makes the point again how PC and wife have bailed us out-compares us to Rotherham who haven't a benefactor and thinks they are in grave dificulties-all paraphrased

Isn't that the difference between 'demand' and 'effective demand' !?
