    ...my young 'uns leaving school this time and is looking for an apprenticeship. He's already been accepted at Barnsley College for a full time course, but ideally wants to learn on the job. He's a good kid with a good sense of humour and is hard working. Send me a PM if you need a CV sending or any other info.

    Better learning on the job. I did my AVCE in the classroom and when I started day release apprenticeship HNC at Linpac I didn't have a clue when it came to working with the misters after I'd been softened up by the biro.
