any heating engineers on here?

    mystified by boiler operation.</p>

    Runs even when timer switched to off.</p>

    Turn power off and it switches off.</p>

    Turn power back on and boiler fires up.</p>

    Leave off overnight then turn on, runs ok for a few days then fault returns.</p>

    Any clues?</p>

    Also system seems to nearly boil the hot water irrespective of thermostst setting.</p>
