it would be against any laws to sell tickets for a raffle on e-bay which would have a prize of my Rav 4 that I am wanting to sell? I wondered if I could sell 10,000 x £1 tickets then draw out a winner, would this be against any laws of e-bay or gaming rules etc? Any ideas for flogging my car? Thanks, Chris</p>

yes its against the T&C with your contract with ebay mate

strictly speaking i think you also need some type of license under the gaming act but not 100%

I think the T&Cs have saved you there though

    Sell 10,000 tickets!!!!Personally I think that's very ambitious.

Lets say you only sold a few hundred. I'm assuming that would leave you out of pocket.
