They will still be drinking their free beer!! It took their minds off all the rubbish they were told last time, maybe they have been given 4 bottles this time?
Jist of it will be Don`s a nice bloke and we were/are restricted in doing A, B and C because of lack of funds/possible takeover.
Having had time to digest what was said I am more confused now than before I went in Should have asked if that beer was still available to buy, because I quite liked it
Nope just a couple of answers contridicted what was said last time and a few issues about the take over not too clear (to me anyway)
Gally posted everything last time in an area only for logged in members, so im not sure if he'll be doing the same. On the takeover though, One min saying they don't know who it is, only dealt with agents. Then saying will only sell to the right people. Yet then things such as scoreboard put on hold in case of take over, even though they not heard owt for a while. also he did say he will be making sure all the tv's are on, on match days.
Think it was more that some enquiries they don't know as they only dealt with agents. One group not heard nowt and looks as though they're not bothered (again via agents). One group still remains interested bit as yet no concrete offer.
That was Nudger?? I wondered who it was, didn't propose the Yorkshire Tykes though, prime opportunity.
No, the Don was crafty this time. Didn't give us the ale until we had all promised to be good boys and not ask too many difficult questions.
That was also after he walked in wearing a safety helmet Edited, added smile to show it was a joke and funny (i wasn't being awkward)
Thats why I don't think we should be holding off on anything. He used example of selling a shop, you wouldn't give it a face lift if he knew someone was buying it. But apparently we don't know if anyone is buying BFC.
That's why I suggested they carried on with the assumption that nowt will (ie scoreboard) its an extra asset/selling point then
