Ordered a new one for my Mam from Curry's and pay for the delivery, installation and recycling of old one. Showed up and said they could not un-couple old one and install new because it had an extended pipe and the are not authorised to do it.

I just had to really dig through the information to find any mention of it at all. Even then it only says they are not allowed to change any existing plumbing or electrical connections.

I paid for the washer and it wasn't cheap, just got Curry's on the phone, lost my rag a bit and demanded a refund. Got the package to save my old Mam the stress and it is actually causing more.

Anyone had the same bother or know of a local genius to solve the problem? Calmed down now I've got that off me chest. Taaaaa! :)

Thanks for the offer, we're down Hoyland. I was half thinking of going to footy but can give it a miss. Cheers.
