    Need to scour an external hard drive to try and find some missing photos that may have corrupted files. Can anyone suggest the best software to use?

    thanx for the second post Mark

    just done a full format/ reinstall etc, for some reason lost mi D drive (an 80 gig partition). it now shows up as a removeable drive :)
