Any rick holdens on here on some kind of brainy doc

    Because i have a problem with my right foot, no arc in it, walk with it facing to right cant keep it straight, after playing sports sit down get back up cant walk on it, constant pain, and also when pressed down at bottom of foot thats where the pain is coming from, anybody know the problem, TIA
    obviously just go to doctors, a am in 2 weeks but anybody still know?, people say flat footed, but sometimes i cannot wlk with the pain, flat footed is not painful surely something else!

    i have no arc which is not normal, +been like it for about a year now

    Seriously though mate

    It could be Arthritis. One of mates at work suffers from Arthritis in his feet, sounds a lot like him. Maybe you only have the one foot affected.

    maybe, everyone thanks for the advice..

    it is the 1 foot the right 1 cant keep it straight, and pain, al have to go to monk bretton, see what some doctor says

    Go and see a podiatrist or some other biomechanics specialist

    One at roundwood is quite good

    suffered from the same up until two months ago. It occured mainly after long walks. went along to the Ward chiropractice in rotherham where he diagnosed fallen archers,carried out some treatment and now I'm o.k. it cost a total of £75 but was well worth it. never looked back since.
