Apart from the goal he scored(most members on this board could have scored it)Richards had a very average game on Saturday,its not just Windy,for me he doesnt get in where it hurts enough,no gambling and racing in to meet the crosses at the near post(Windass would have a field day)he is more like a big pussycat rather than a bully boy,honestly,remember the goals against Forest,he had a decent spell but he couldnt keep it up,he wont be the answer long term you see,what happens on here is that a player scores a couple of goals and hes the new messiah,the team has started very brightly and theres plenty to enthuse about and look forward to but we are going to need at least 1 perhaps 2 decent strikers.

i havent proclaimed marc richards to be anything of the sort,all i did was defend the lad and the person who keeps pickin the team,, untill we do sign the new messiah at least give the lad your full support,,

I give all the team my support but i have an opinion about every player in the team and for me Richards long term wont do it, hes been a good signing though to say he didnt cost anything.
