Any SKY+ wizards out there-techy help needed

is there any way to directly transfer a recorded programme-the semifinal games!-directly to a PC or am I limited to recording it onto a DVD first??</p>

I suppose if you have a lead from your Sky+ box to your pc then play the recording you can do it in the same way as to tape

 

Output from the Skybox to a Tv/capture card.

Quite easy, but we're talking big files, and then you get into the codec and audio synch issues (i'm having problems with this on a different subject at the moment).

Where is Roundsman when you need him - he's good with stuff like that.
